  1. Adjust UI Insurance % in QuickBooks
    • Select the Lists tab | Payroll Items | CA - Unemployment, Disability (SDI) and Employment Training | enter in percentage amounts as listed on the letter received from the EDD


2. Send W2's and 1099's

3. Submit Tax Forms / Payments (check for errors, sign, and submit)

    • Federal: 940 and 941 (pay taxes through January before submitting these)
    • State: DE9, DE9C, and DE34
