How to Create an IT ticket
If you are having any issues with your computer, software or workstation, create a ticket with as much detailed information and screenshots, if appropriate.
Follow the steps below:
- Go to the IT portal: https://it.comevo.com/
- You will need to be logged in.
- Click on My Area
- Click on Add Ticket
- Enter in your ticket information
- Click Submit
IT will reach out to you with any questions or resolution.
