Creating Status Reports - needs updating
- Start, my computer, Comevo on 'evo' (T:) drive, Management, Staff, Sales Rep (choose sales rep)
- Go to RatioAnalysis- Ed file and fill in the total calls, demos, closes, close $ for each sales rep (the total can be found in the spreadsheet for the month completed, under the "total" column
- Go to RatioAnalysis-Corp file and fill in the total calls, demos (sched), closes, close $ for each sales rep (the total can be found in the spreadsheet for the month completed, under the "total" column
- To complete the stats for the whole company, go to start, my computer, Comevo on 'evo' (T:) drive, Sales and Marketing, Sales-General, Sales Cycle Averages
- Go to RatioAnalysis-Ed file and fill in the total calls, demos held, closes and close $ by adding up the amount of each individual sales rep
- Go to RatioAnalysis-Corp file and fill in the total calls, demos held, closes and close $ by adding up the amount of each individual sales rep
